上转换分子式:CAS号:性质:上转换指在各向异性晶体中产生混频的非线性现象。激光W1和荧光W2经过各向异性晶体,产生混频W3=W2±W1,信号强度等于L2P1P2(W3/W2),L为晶体强度,P1,P2为激光强度和荧光强度。此方法用于荧光衰减测量时优于时间分辨单光子计数法。例如它不用专门的红光光子放大器,即可检测远红外和红外区的荧光。而且测量荧光寿命可精确到PS级。
