烟酸【通用名称】烟酸【其他名称】烟酸 烟酸 拼音名：Yansuan 英文名：Nicotinic Acid 书页号：2000年版二部－746 C6H5NO2 123.11 本品为吡啶-3- 羧酸。按干燥品计算，含C6H5NO2应为99.5％～100.5％。 【性状】 本品为白色结晶或结晶性粉末，无臭或有微臭，味微酸；水溶液显酸性 反应。 本品在沸水或沸乙醇中溶解，在水中略溶，在乙醇中微溶，在乙醚中几乎不溶；在 碳酸碱溶液或氢氧化钠溶液中均易溶。 熔点 本品的熔点（附录Ⅵ C）为234 ～238 ℃。 【鉴别】 (1) 取本品约4mg ，加2,4-二硝基氯苯8mg ，研匀，置试管中，缓缓加 热熔化后，再加热数秒钟，放泠，加乙醇制氢氧化钾试液3ml ，即显紫红色。 (2) 取本品约50mg，加水20ml溶解后，滴加0.4 ％氢氧化钠溶液至遇石蕊试纸显中 性反应，加硫酸铜试液3ml ，即缓缓析出淡蓝色沉淀。 (3) 取本品，加水制成每1ml 中含20μg 的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）测定 ，在262nm 的波长处有最大吸收，在237nm 的波长处有最小吸收；237nm波长处的吸收度 与262nm波长处的吸收度的比值应为0.35～0.39。 (4)本品的红外光吸收图谱应与对照的图谱（光谱集422图）一致。 【检查】 溶液的颜色 取本品1.0g，加氢氧化钠试液10ml溶解后，如显色，与同 体积的对照液（取比色用氯化钴液0.15ml、比色用重铬酸钾液1.7ml 与比色用硫酸铜液 0.15ml，加水使成100ml ）比较，不得更深。 氯化物 取本品0.25g ，依法检查（附录Ⅷ A），与标准氯化钠溶液5.0ml 制成的 对照液比较，不得更浓(0.02％) 。 硫酸盐 取本品0.50g ，依法检查（附录Ⅷ B），与标准硫酸钾溶液1.0ml 制成的 对照液比较，不得更浓(0.02％) 。 干燥失重 取本品，在105 ℃干燥1 小时，减失重量不得过0.5 ％（附录Ⅷ L）。 炽灼残渣 不得过0.1 ％（附录Ⅷ N）。 重金属 取本品1.0g，加稀盐酸1.5ml 与水使成25ml，缓缓加温使完全溶解，放冷 至室温，依法检查（附录Ⅷ H第一法），含重金属不得过百万分之二十。 【含量测定】 取本品约0.3g，精密称定，加新沸过的冷水50ml溶解后，加酚酞指 示液3 滴，用氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定。每1ml氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)相 当于12.31mg 的C6H5NO2 。 【类别】 维生素类药。 【贮藏】 密封保存。 【制剂】 (1) 烟酸片 (2) 烟酸注射液
