钼铬酸铅分子式:PbCrO4·PbMoO4·PbSO4CAS号:性质:又称钼铬红,钼红,钼橙,颜料红104。主要成分为正铬酸铅及少量钼酸铅和硫酸铅形成的固溶物的橙红色无机颜料近似组成为PbCrO469%~80%,PbSO49%~15%,PbMoO43%~7%。外观为浅橙色至红色粉末,比钼(铬)红鲜艳。呈四方晶形。相对密度为5.3~6.0。折射率2.3。吸油量为15~20g/100g。粒度0.1~1.0μm。有较好的抗渗色性和分散性。遮盖力和亮度极好,耐酸碱性差。以重铬酸钠、钼酸钠、硫酸钠和硝酸铅为原料,沉淀形成混晶并使之稳定,根据即制得钼铬酸铅,调整原料配比,控制反应温度和时间,可获得不同色调的产品。主要用于涂料、塑料和油墨,但对重金属有限制的领域不能应用。
