甲基对硫磷  甲基对硫磷是在1944年由德国法本公司的G.施拉德尔合成的,1949年由该公司开始投产,其后许多国家都有生产。生产方法有两种:    ①三氯硫磷法 将黄磷经氯化再与硫磺反应制得三氯硫磷,然后在低温下慢慢加入到过量甲醇中,反应生成O-甲基硫代磷酰二氯,分离后再与过量甲醇混合,在低温下滴加液碱,生成O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯,最后在溶剂中将其与对硝基苯酚在铜盐催化剂和纯碱的存在下进行缩合反应,制得甲基对硫磷原药,中间体的反应式为:       PSCl3+CH3OH─→CH3OP(S)Cl2+HCl    CH3OP(S)Cl2+CH3OH+NaOH─→(CH3O)2P(S)Cl+NaCl+H2O    ②五硫化二磷法 将黄磷与硫磺反应制得五硫化二磷,再与甲醇反应生成二甲基二硫代磷酸,然后通氯得到O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯,中间体的反应式为:      P2S5+4CH3OH─→2(CH3O)2P(S)SH+H2S    (CH3O)2P(S)SH+Cl2─→(CH3O)2P(S)SCl+HCl由O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯制得甲基对硫磷的过程与①法相同。    甲基对硫磷具触杀和胃毒作用,能抑制害虫神经系统中胆碱酯酶的活力而致死,杀虫谱广,常加工成乳油或粉剂(见农药剂型)使用,主要用途是防治多种农业害虫,由于毒性高,要严格按规定施药,并加强安全防护措施。
