矿石硬度矿石硬度hardness of rock and ore kuangshiy一ngdu矿石硬度(hardness of roek and ore)抵抗工具侵入矿石表面的能力,表征矿石物料破碎难易的指标。国际上通用的测定矿石硬度的方法是摩氏标准矿物硬度比较法;中国还采用普氏岩矿坚固性系数f(俗称岩矿硬度系数)表征矿石硬度。 摩氏硬度是1824年由奥地利人摩斯(F .MohS)提出的。他以硬度从小到大的滑石、石膏、方解石、萤石、磷灰石、正长石、石英、黄玉、刚玉、金刚石等十种标准矿物的硬度为标尺,鉴定被测矿石的硬度。被测定的矿物若能被某级标准矿物所刻划,在表面留下痕迹,又不能被低一级标准矿物刻划,则此矿石物料的硬度便在这两种硬度标值之间。矿石物料的硬度也可由其组成矿物的硬度及含量加权平均求得。 普氏岩矿坚固性系数f是俄国学者普罗托季亚科诺夫(M.M.Izpo:o几。月KHoB)于1911年提出并首先采用的。用以表征采矿工程中各种岩矿的破碎和岩体维护作业的难易程度。普氏认为无论以哪种方式进行破碎,岩矿所表现的坚固性都是趋于一致的,定f值在。一20之间,通常只用一个整数表示,仅在f<2时才用小数表示。f值最初由岩矿杭压强度、凿岩效率、火药单耗、凿具单耗等几种方法综合确定。但由于某些方法和生产水平相关,后人只采用岩矿抗压强度确定f值,即f=尺/100,式中尺为岩矿抗压强度(kgf/emZ),并近似地以f一侧/1o表示,侧为以MPa表示之岩矿抗压强度。实际上岩矿的坚固性是一个模糊概念。典型的岩矿坚固性系数f值见表。岩矿坚固性系数表碌赫林拼琳布杯布亩工矿石硬度和岩矿坚固性系数反映了矿石物料粉碎的难易和它的磨蚀性;但也不全如此,如石墨的硬度和坚固性都很小,却不易磨碎,因此应用硬度和坚固性系数判定矿石可碎性时要十分慎重。 (徐小荷王宏勋)
