钇铁石榴石分子式:CAS号:性质:化学式为Y3Fe5O12,属石榴石型晶体结构,微波铁氧体的重要品种。具有共振线宽较小,饱和磁化强度较低,介电损耗低,密度高等特点。密度5.2g/cm3。饱和磁化强度0.0225~0.15T。铁磁共振线宽2.8~6.4kA/m(9kHz)。介质损耗角正切值(2.5~40)×10-4。主要原料为钇和铁的氧化物或碳酸盐。通过稀土元素置换钇,用铟、锆、钛等置换铁,可获得具有各种特性的石榴石型铁氧体。多晶YIG可用一般陶瓷工艺制得。单晶YIG常用熔盐法制取。单晶薄膜材料可用液相外延法或气相外延法制取。它们已成为用途广泛的微波铁氧体器件,是环行器、隔离器、相移器、调制器、滤波器、开关等器件的重要基础材料。
