分子荧光分析法分子式:CAS号:性质:当分子吸收了适当的辐射后,从基态的某一振动能级跃迁到第一激发态或更高激发态的某一振动能级,处于激发态的分子将过多的能量通过振动弛豫回到第一电子激发态的最低振动能级。处于该最低振动能级的分子,再以辐射形式跃迁到电子基态的任一振动能级,便产生荧光,并进一步以非辐射方式放出多余能量,返回到电子基态的最低振动能级。荧光只发生在单线激发态跃迁到电子基态的场合,发生这种跃迁的分子,它的所有电子的自旋都是配对的。荧光的平均寿命10-4~10-9s。分子结构不同的荧光物质,其荧光激发光谱与荧光发射光谱(荧光谱)不同,利用这个特性,可对物质进行定性鉴别。同一种分子结构的荧光物质,同一光谱条件,浓度低时,其浓度与该溶液的荧光辐射强度成正比,可对已知荧光物质进行定量测定。这个方法叫分子荧光分析法。此方法为痕量分析的重要手段之一。其灵敏度高,检测限达10-10g/ml~10-12g/ml。许多重要的生化物质、药物及致癌物质都有荧光现象。而且荧光衍生剂的使用又更扩大了荧光法的应用范围。
