似稳电磁场  交变电流的频率较低时,在电流附近,与之相距比该频率的电磁波在真空中的波长少得多的区域内,可以忽略电磁场的推迟效应,这样的区域中的电磁场即为似稳场或准稳场。    根据电磁场理论,变化的磁场要产生电场,变化的电场要产生磁场。前者是电磁感应的作用,后者是位移电流的作用,两者相互作用便产生电磁波,以有限速度&υ(光速)向周围传播, 从而也就产生推迟效应。推迟效应是指在与产生此电磁场的电流i(假定电流所在回路的线度非常小)相距为r的地点,在时刻t由该电流产生的电磁场决定于(t-r/&υ)时,即比时刻t早r/&υ的时刻的电流值。对于频率为f的交流电流,当延迟时间r/&υ比周期T=1/f小很多时,推迟引起的效应很小,可以忽略。    忽略推迟效应也就是忽略了电磁波的传播速度,这样的电磁场就近似地由电流按毕奥-萨伐尔定律决定。忽略电磁波的传播效应就相当于将位移电流产生磁场和变化的磁场产生电场这两方面的效应的某一个方面忽略。在实际问题中,可以忽略哪一方面则视具体问题而定。    在均匀介质中,当自由电荷的体密度为零时,似稳电磁场满足扩散方程    (1)  式中γ、μ分别为介质的电导率和磁导率,而在绝缘介质中γ=0,似稳场满足拉普拉斯方程    (2)则与恒稳电磁场满足同样的方程。在一定的频率下,    式(1)便成为亥姆霍兹方程     (3)  式中。    导体中的电磁场一般可由方程(1) 或在正弦稳态下由方程(3)以及相应的边界条件、初始条件求解。有代表性的情况是载交流电的粗导线中的电流沿截面的分布不均匀;有交变磁通穿过的导体中的磁通沿截面的分布不均匀,电流密度、磁通密度在愈靠近导体外表面处愈大,愈深入导体内部处愈小,这就是趋肤效应。    似稳场概念在建立电工设备的电路变换模型时尤其有用。在工频交流电(50Hz) 时,电磁波在真空中的波长为6000km。一般电工设备的尺寸与之相比是很小的。因此,在尺寸远比其工作频率下电磁波长为小的设备周围的电磁场可以看作似稳场,因而可以用似稳场方法建立各种电工设备实物的集总参数电路模型,计算模型中各电路元件的参数。
