荆其诚荆其诚（1926～）中国心理学家。1926年3月3日生于沈阳。1950年获北平辅仁大学硕士学位。中国科学院心理研究所研究员、学术委员会主任，国际心理科学联合会副主席。曾任第四届中国心理学会理事长、中国科学院心理研究所副所长，美国芝加哥大学卢斯研究员，美国行为科学高级研究中心研究员等职。荆其诚对西方心理学体系有较深刻的研究，并探讨心理学与自然科学结合所取得的进步。他长期从事视觉功能、距离和大小知觉等方面的研究工作。在中国最早出版有关颜色科学的书籍。他曾多次参加制定心理学国际学术交流项目及合作计划，对促进中国心理学界与各国的学术交流作出了贡献。著有《色度学》（合著）、《人类的视觉》（合著）、《现代心理学的发展趋势》，并主编有《简明心理学百科全书》。
