散光  由于角膜表面不平正,晶状体曲度异常造成折光不一致,使外界光线在视网膜上不能同时聚集,导致视物变形、模糊。患者不论借助眼的调节作用还是移动被看目标与眼距离,均得不到清晰的物像。散光多数系角膜的曲率半径不匀以及晶状体的表面曲率不乐所致,可分为规则散光和不规则散光两种类型。规则散光系指两个具有最大曲率和最小曲率的径线互相垂直,多由于角膜弯曲异常所致,常为先天性的。不规则散光系由各径线的弯曲度不一致所引起,见于晶状体弯曲异常以及后天性角膜疾病如角膜发炎,溃疡等。   散光的临床症状轻重不一,因人而异,因工作性质而异。多数患者均有远近视力模糊和视疲劳。在固定的距离做精细的工作时,亦可出现前额痛、斜颈。有时患者为得到一较大的视网膜图像,常将要看的东西移至很近的距离,颇似近视眼。幼年时期的高度散光予以确诊。对出现视力障碍或视疲劳者,即使散光度数很小,也应予矫正。规则性散光可用圆柱镜矫正之,不规则散光用镜片不易矫正。但对于角膜性规则或不规则散光,均可用角膜接触镜予以矫正,即借助接触镜与角膜之间所充盈的泪液,与光滑的接触镜表面组成一个新的曲率半径均等的光学界面,从而矫正各种角膜性散光。
