噻吗心胺分子式:CAS号:性质:又名噻吗心胺,噻吗西胺,噻马洛尔。噻吗西胺,噻马洛尔。本品马醚酸盐为白色结晶性粉末,熔点201.5~202.5℃,水、乙醇和甲醇中溶解。由1,2-丁二醇为原料制得。为β-肾上腺素受体阻滞剂,有明显降眼压作用。用于治疗青光眼、高血压、心绞通、心动过速。制剂有片剂、眼药水。
