视乳头水肿视乳头水肿papilledema视乳头的非炎性阻塞性水肿。又称瘀血乳头。多数由全身疾病所致，绝大多数由于颅内各种性质的占位病变、炎症、外伤或先天畸形所致，眼球穿孔伤、角膜瘘管形成的低眼压、眶内肿瘤或血肿引起的血液淋巴回流障碍等也可引起。早期视力正常，如病程持久，视力逐渐减退，眼底检查可见视乳头充血，边缘模糊，向前隆起，一般多超过3个屈光度，扩张纡曲的血管爬行于视乳头上，其附近视网膜可见出血、渗出，至晚期视乳头水肿消退，继发视神经萎缩。应针对病因进行磨盘柿治疗。
