PA66分子式:[CO(CH2)4CONH(CH2)6NH]nCAS号:性质:又称聚酰胺66(polyamide 66)或尼龙66(nylon 66)。微黄半透明或乳白色不透明树脂。相对密度1.14~1.15,熔点259~267℃。耐磨、耐油、自润滑性优良,耐热性、强度、刚性是脂肪族尼龙中最高的品种。拉伸强度75.9~82.9MPa,压缩强度91MPa,悬臂梁冲击强度(缺口)4kJ/m,热变形温度(1.82MPa)75℃,硬度R120,体积电阻率1015Ω·cm,介电强度35kV/mm,自熄。由己二酸和己二胺缩聚反应制得。可挤塑、注塑、吹塑等方法成型加工。可增强、填充、合金化改性。大量用作纤维、轮胎帘子线、广泛用于车辆零部件、电气零部件和耐磨耐油零部件。
