促滤泡激素分子式:CAS号:性质:又称成熟激素,促滤泡激素。系垂体前叶分泌的促性腺激素。它是由α,β两个亚基组成的糖蛋白,分子量24 000~35 000。人FSH含16%碳水化合物(半乳糖、甘露糖、岩藻糖、氨基己糖、海藻二糖和N-乙酰神经氨酸等)。生理功能与β亚基有关,酶解除去神经氨酸便失去活性。其生理功能是促使卵巢(或精巢)发育,促进卵泡(或精子)的生成和释放。由经绝后妇女的尿中提取的入卵泡刺激激素能诱发排卵和促进精子生成。
