硝苯啶分子式:C17H18N2O6分子量:346.34CAS号:21829-25-4性质:黄色结晶。熔点172-174℃。易溶于丙酮、氯仿、乙酸乙酯,溶于热甲醇,不溶于水。遇光易变质。制备方法:将邻硝基苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸甲酯、甲醇、氨水一起回流反应,然后冷冻、结晶,过滤得硝苯地平粗品。粗品用甲醇重结晶即得成品,收率50%。用途:长效冠脉扩张药。本品能增加冠脉血流量,减少心肌耗氧量。用于急慢性冠脉功能不全,成其是心绞育及心肌梗塞。
