四环素类抗生素四环素类抗生素tetracyclines具有抑菌作用并在极高浓度时有杀菌作用的一大类半合成广谱抗生素。包括四环素、土霉素、金霉素、甲烯土霉素、强力霉素、二甲胺基四环素等。广泛用于多种细菌及立克次氏体、衣原体、支原体等所致之感染,其不良反应有:①消化道反应。②肝损害。③肾损害。④影响牙齿及骨骼的发育,故8岁以下小儿禁用。⑤有局部刺激,故不可肌注,静滴宜充分稀释。⑥有过敏反应。⑦使用时间稍长,易致肠道菌群失调。⑧含钙及二价以上金属离子之药物、食物,均可形成络合物而阻碍其利用。四环素为抑菌性广谱抗生素,除革兰氏阳性、阴性细菌外,对立克次氏体、衣原体、支原体、螺旋体均有作用。成人可口服,静滴时,用葡萄糖液稀释后滴注。注意:口服时盐酸盐比碱吸收好,但刺激性较大;宜空腹服用,以免与食物发生作用;过期后严禁再用;肝、肾功能不全者慎用,孕、乳妇及8岁以下小儿禁用。
