喹诺酮类抗菌药分子式:CAS号:性质:属全合成抗菌药,包括一代、二代、三代喹诺酮类。是DNA螺旋酶抑制剂。最早上市的品种为1962年合成的萘啶酸,中国临床早期使用的品种为二代吡哌酸,两药主要作用于阴性杆菌尿路感染。三代喹诺酮类包括环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星。其抗菌谱广,包括阳性菌、阴性菌及绿脓杆菌,抗菌活性明显增强。喹诺酮类抗菌药主要用于尿路感染、肠道感染及皮肤软组织感染,不良反应少。其主要不良反应为胃肠道反应、中枢神经系统反应、皮肤反应、软骨组织的不良反应及光敏反应。
