普鲁泊福,丙泊酚, 得普利麻,二异丙酚,丙扑佛,普罗佛尔,普鲁泊酚, 异丙酚药物名称:二异丙酚英文名:Disoprofol别名: 普鲁泊福,丙泊酚, 得普利麻,二异丙酚,丙扑佛,普罗佛尔,普鲁泊酚, 异丙酚外文名: Disoprofol, Propofol, Diprivan适应症: 全身麻醉的诱导和维持,常与脊髓麻醉和硬脊膜外麻醉同时应用,并和通常的麻醉前给药如神经肌肉阻滞药,吸入麻醉药以及镇痛药同用,未见配伍禁忌。 用量用法: 诱导麻醉:对病人均要调节本品的给药量,每10秒4ml(40mg)直至临床上产生麻醉作用。维持麻醉:因人而异,通常0.1~0.2mg/(kg/分钟)(6~12mg/小时/kg)可维持满意的麻醉效果。 注意事项: 诱导麻醉时一般比较平稳,极少出现刺激症状。在诱导过程中,因剂量的大小和预先给予的药物不同可产生低血压和暂时性呼吸暂停。在维持麻醉期间低血压有时需加用静脉输液和降低本品输注速率。在恢复阶段,仅少数病人发生恶心、呕吐和头痛。因此使用本品前不得和其他药物或输液相混合。老年病人应根据病人反应调节剂量。大于55岁的病人应减量约20%,本品必须由麻醉师使用,同时应备有人工呼吸机和供氧设备。本品不得应用于孕妇。 规格: 注射剂:10mg/ml。 类别:全身麻醉药\静脉麻醉药
