脊髓灰质炎脊髓型脊髓灰质炎脊髓型myeleterosis poliomyelitis  瘫痪多不对称,呈下神经元性(弛缓性)瘫痪。腱反射常消失,肌张力多减退、感觉多不受影响。瘫痪最常见于下肢,其次为上肢。近端大肌群常较远端小肌群瘫痪出现早且重。影响呼吸肌(膈肌及肋间肌)时则影响呼吸运动,表现为呼吸浅速、鼻翼扇动、声音低微、讲话断续、咳嗽无力、胸廓扩张受限(肋间肌瘫痪),吸气时上腹不外凸反内凹(膈肌瘫痪)等。重则发生严重缺氧现象。
