板坯初轧机板坯初轧机slabbing mill banPi ehuzha』i板坯初轧机(s labbing mill)将钢锭轧成板坯的二辊可逆式万能轧机。由两个水平轧辊及两个(有时四个)立辊组成,钢锭在水平辊上受到高向压缩,在立辊上受到侧边压缩。有些板坯初轧机的立辊功率较小,钢锭头几道仍需在水平轧辊上立轧。(见彩图插页第4页) 板坯初轧机的立辊,可以布置在平辊的前面(VH)、后面(HV)或前后(VHV)(见板坯初玲L机压下规程)。板坯初轧机生产的板坯,因有立辊进行侧压及齐边,坯料的侧边平直,截面呈矩形,有利于成品的加热炉装炉。 板坯初轧机上辊的调整距离高达2000~2500mm,压下装置的调整速度达300mm/s。水平轧辊直径一般为1150~1200mm,辊身较短(2400mm),不刻孔型。电机容量大,除水平辊用Zx6000kw电机传动外,立辊也用一台6o00kw电机带动,电机的转速较低,通常为。一40一sor/min。 板坯初轧机常用10~40t(或更大)的钢锭生产宽为500~200omm的板坯。随着板坯连铸机的不断完善和发展,连铸板坯的质量和成本均比板坯机生产的板坯优越,进入20世纪80年代后由于连铸板坯取代了初轧板坯,板坯初轧机已不再新建。 钢锭同时在平辊及立辊上轧制时,存在连轧关系.轧制过程中要求金属秒体积流量相等,使平辊与立辊之间不产生过大的推力或拉力,但是要做到这一点是困难的。当钢锭由立辊进入平辊时,要求平辊速度大些;相反,当钢锭由平辊进入立辊时,又要求立辊速度增加,而且,这一速度关系随道次及压下量而变化。为了适应这一速度变化的要求,通常采用的办法是将立辊轧机的电机选用软特性电机,随着立辊负载的增减,立辊电机能自动增减速度而达到调整速度的目的。另外规定立辊仅在单道次或双道次进行立轧工作,非工作道次压下量较小(10~20mm),仅起齐边作用。 (唐伟林)
