不定形耐火材料内衬施工不定形耐火材料内衬施工lining construction of unshaped refractory material budingxing naihUo eai!iao neiehen sh!gong不定形耐火材料内衬施工(1 ining construe-tion of unshaPed refraetory material)在炉窑和热工设备上用不定形耐火材料制作整体内衬的施工作业。不定形耐火材料按其结合剂的品种分为水泥结合、化学材料结合和粘土结合三类不定形耐火材料,按照施工方法分为耐火浇注料、耐火捣打料、耐火可塑料和耐火喷涂料。不定形耐火材料从20世纪70年代起得到迅速发展,其产量约占耐火材料总产量的30%~50%,主要用于加热炉、均热炉、热处理炉、高炉和热风炉的绝热层,高炉出铁沟,炼钢炉喷补以及电炉盖、盛钢桶、铁水罐、中间包、炉外精炼设备和烟囱的内衬等,以提高炉衬的使用寿命,实现施工机械化。采用耐火浇注料预制块可采用吊装法筑炉,以缩短施工周期。 耐火浇注料内衬施工首先将各种材料运至现场,分别堆放,并做好标记;将强制式搅拌机和振动棒等机具清理干净,安装就位,并试运行正常,清理炉窑设备,安设各种锚固件,用隔热砖、耐火纤维毡或轻质耐火浇注料做绝热层;按内衬设计厚度支设模板。模板横竖支撑要牢固,木模板的内面应贴油毡纸.钢模板应涂机油,以便于拆模和保证内衬工作面的光滑。炉墙的模板高度不得大于lm,内衬上有烧嘴及孔洞的部位籍支设胎模。混料必须在强制搅拌机中进行,按配合比要求将各种混合料装进搅拌机并干混lmin,然后加洁净水或调好密度的化学结合剂再湿混2~3min。对于磷酸盐耐火浇注料应先加结合剂用量的1/2进行湿混,闲置24h后再加余下的结合剂进行湿混。首先,将拌和料倒进模板内,集中布料,料层厚度为300~400mm。每隔2~sm留设一条smm宽的膨胀缝,并擂加塑料波纹板等填缝材料。拌和料应在lh内用完。浇注时应采用插入式振动器或平板式振动器。插入料层中进行振动,振动棒应连续拉动,但不得冲撞锚固件、绝热层和模板。待料层表面返浆后,缓慢拔出振动棒。再次布料振动时,应将振动棒插进已振动过的料层中100mm左右,以便使上下层形成整体。施工应连续进行,但在内衬膨胀缝处可允许有较长时间的间歇。在炉顶处浇灌轻质耐火浇注料绝热层时应采用手工振动。吊挂砖金属件必须裸露在外,绝热层不得将其掩埋。水泥耐火浇注料成型初凝后,应被盖草袋浇水养护;水泥、化学材料和粘土结合等耐火浇注料在自然状态下养护,不得淋水。烘炉必须按烘炉曲线要求操作。烘炉时间约为7d。
