氮化铬分子式:CrNCAS号:性质:常用作薄膜涂层。具有高的硬度和良好的耐磨性,是一种很受重视的耐磨涂层。用空心阴极离子镀制备的氮化铬膜具有Cr+Cr2N两相组织,晶粒度为20~70nm,硬度为HV22GPa。经真空退火后,能提高到HV35.4GPa。其耐磨性优于CrC膜。反应溅射法氮化铬膜能得到Cr+Cr2N或单相CrN两种组织,其硬度均在HV20~25GPa(块体CrN硬度HV11GPa)。
