高温氧化分子式:CAS号:性质:金属在高温下与氧反应生成氧化物的过程。绝大多数金属的氧化反应在热力学上是自发反应,氧化速度随温度的升高而加快。高温氧化导致金属材料的力学性能降低。碳钢和低合金钢作为结构材料长期使用的温度不宜超过550℃,在更高温度下,应使用抗氧化性较好的奥氏体不锈钢或镍基、钴基高温合金,也可对材料喷涂抗高温氧化的涂层进行保护。
