铝电解铝电解aluminium electrolysis  l口d lonJ,e铝电解(aluminium eleetrolysis)利用熔盐电解(见电解)提取金属铝的电冶金过程。电解体系(见电化学)中的电解质为多组分盐的熔融体,高温操作、消耗大量电能是其特点。因此,选择可靠电源和节约电能始终是被关注的问题。 原理以氧化铝为原料、冰晶石为熔剂、各种添加剂等组成的多组分盐为电解质,加人电解槽内,通直流电,在950~970℃下熔融,使电解质中的氧化铝分解。在阴极析出液态铝汇集在槽底,真空抽出铝液,经净化,澄清,除氢、非金属和金属杂质后铸成铝锭。在阳极析出CO:和CO气体。阳极气体中含有氟化氢等有害气体,可用湿法或干法净化处理,以免污染环境。湿法用碱溶液洗涤后合成冰晶石。干法则用氧化铝吸附,载氟氧化铝送电解槽作电解原料。 冰晶石一氧化铝熔体具有离子结构,其阳离子有Na+和少量Al,+;阴离子为AIFo3一、AIF‘、A一O一F络合离子及少量O卜和F一。其主要析出反应为阴极反应阳极反应总反应ZA13+(络合)+6e~ZAI202一(络合)+C一4e~COZZA13++30卜(络合)+1.SC~ZAI十1.SCOZ 铝电解槽的槽电压随槽型和电流强度而不同,一般为4~4.SV,槽电流强度在60~280 kA之间,电流效率为88%~95%,每吨电解铝消耗直流电能13200~14500 kw·h,交流综合电耗14000~16000 kw·h。 铝电解体系由阴极、阳极、电解质、槽壳和直流电源等组成。 阳极分为预焙阳极和自焙阳极两种。主要材料都是石油焦和沥青。预焙阳极是将石油焦和沥青糊料压制成型,经过焙烧固化而成。自焙阳极是利用流经电解槽内的电流产生的焦耳热将石油焦和沥青制成的阳极糊焙烧热解固化而成。 阴极是将石油焦、无烟煤和沥青混合的糊体压制成型,然后焙烧成阴极碳块,砌衬在槽壳的底部形成的。 电解质是由Na3AIF。、AIO3及添加剂如铝、镁、钙、理等多组分盐组成的。采用多组分电解质和加入添加剂的目的是:降低槽温,提高电解质的导电率,提高电流效率,降低电解质的蒸发损失。 槽壳由钢板制成,其内部衬以耐火材料。 铝电解槽按阳极型式可分为预焙阳极槽和自焙阳极槽两种槽型。按打壳加料方式划分,预焙阳极槽又可分为边部加料和中间加料两种,见图1;按导电方式划分,自烙阳极柑又分为旁擂导电和上擂导电两种,见图2。~98%。采用低阳极电流密度0.7~0.75A/c mZ和低母线电流密度0.25~。
