板坯连铸板坯连铸slab continuous casting banPi lianzhu板坯连铸(slab eontinuous Casting)以板坯为主要产品的连续铸钢技术。铸坯宽厚比大于3的即称板坯,连铸板坯主要用于轧制扁平板(厚板、中板、薄板、带卷)材。通常连铸机浇铸的板坯尺寸为:厚度150~25omm,宽度1000~lsoomm;小板坯宽度可为600mm,厚度12omm。板坯厚度小于lootnm的称薄板坯(见薄板坯连铸)。 板坯连铸机是在20世纪60年代出现的,1964年中国重庆三钢厂和联邦德国迪林根(以uinger)厂的大型板坯弧型连铸机几乎同时投入生产。重钢三厂浇铸断面为18Ommx1500mm的板坯。至今中国已建有板坯连铸机10。多台。由于板坯宽厚比大、板坯连铸不仅在连铸机构造方面,而且在生产工艺上都有其独特之处。板坯连铸机结构上的特点主要表现在二次冷却区和拉矫机。由于板坯宽度大,从结晶器出来进入二冷区的铸坯尚未完全凝固,在钢水静压力作用下,铸坯易出现鼓肚现象(见鼓肚与羡变),引起拉坯阻力增大或拉不出来,所以铸坯导向及二冷装!必需布置密集的导向辊,以控制铸坯的鼓肚问题。拉矫机同样需要多排(20多对)拉矫辊将铸坯拉出。现代连铸的拉速高,进拉矫机的铸坯尚未完全凝固,为防止坯鼓肚和减少矫直时铸坯内部的变形应力,拉矫机由20多对拉矫辊组成,并设计成多点娇直或连续矫直(见图)。由于板坯宽度大,由中问雄注入的钢流在结晶器内的热流分布不均,会使板坯出现表面纵裂,导致板坯成为废品,为此采用浸入式水。和保护浇注工艺加以解决。进入80年代,为提高铸机效率和铸坯质量,实现直接装炉轧制,提出提高拉速和生产无缺陷坯的要求,因此板坯连铸技术有了新的发展,新技术大量涌现,并形成系统配套的工艺技术。(见彩图擂页第24页) 保护浇注(1)采用大容量高雄体的中间峨,一方鼻远 板坯连铸机示意图 1一结晶器;2一结晶器振动装置;3一铸坯导向装置面有利于夹杂上浮,另一方面在换钢包连浇时保持一冷区采用电磁搅拌设施,以增加铸坯等轴晶区,减少和定的钢液面高度,防止渣子卷入结晶器形成内部缺陷,避免偏析和中心疏松等缺陷;(3)二冷区采用汽一水喷同时也可不降低拉速;(2)在钢包与中间罐及中间罐与雾冷却,使铸坯的冷却缓和、均匀,以利于生产无缺陷结晶器之间,用耐火材料制品使钢流与空气隔绝,防止铸坯。钢水二次氧化;(3)连续均匀地向结晶器内自动加入保引锭和拉矫(l)在引枕杆上装有辊缝测量元件,护渣。
