锌合金锌合金zincalloy以锌为基体加入其他元素而构成的有色合金。主要合金元素有铝、铜、镁等。锌合金熔点低、流动性好，易于进行塑性加工和焊接，并且耐大气腐蚀。按制造工艺分为铸造锌合金和变形锌合金。常用的铸造锌合金是锌铝铜镁系合金，其铸造工艺性能好，冷却速度对力学性能影响较小，多用于制造机械零件、玩具、装饰品、家用器具等。常用的变形锌合金有锌铝合金和锌铜合金。前者含铝4％～15％，为了提高合金的强度和硬度，还加有少量的铜、镁等合金元素。其强度较高，易成型，可代替部分黄铜或硬铝制造精密锻件。后者含铜0.7％～1.5％，铜可增加合金强度和冲击韧性，并降低塑性。锌铜合金适于制作日用五金制品或代替部分黄铜使用。此外，还有锌钛系、锌铅镉铁系变形锌合金。变形锌合金的供货状态有线材、板材、锻件或挤压件等。
