转炉煤气  在转炉炼钢过程中,铁水中的碳在高温下和吹入的氧生成一氧化碳和少量二氧化碳的混合气体。回收的顶吹氧转炉炉气含一氧化碳60~80%,二氧化碳15~20%,以及氮、氢和微量氧。转炉煤气的发生量在一个冶炼过程中并不均衡,成分也有变化(见图)。通常将转炉多次冶炼过程回收的煤气输入一个储气柜,混匀后再输送给用户。    转炉煤气由炉口喷出时,温度高达1450~1500℃,并夹带大量氧化铁粉尘,需经降温、除尘,方能使用。净化有湿法和干法两种类型。①湿法净化系统典型流程是:煤气出转炉后,经汽化冷却器降温至800~1000℃,然后顺序经过一级文氏管、第一弯头脱水器、二级文氏管、第二弯头脱水器,在文氏管喉口处喷以洗涤水,将煤气温度降至35℃左右,并将煤气中含尘量降至约100毫克/标米3。然后用抽风机将净化的气体送入储气柜。湿法工艺在世界上比较普遍,每吨钢可回收60~80标米3煤气,平均热值约为2000~2200千卡/标米3。②美国和联邦德国等国有些工厂采用干式电除尘净化系统。煤气经冷却烟道温度降至1000℃,然后用蒸发冷却塔,再降至200℃,经干式电除尘器除尘,含尘量低于50毫克/标米3的净煤气,经抽风机送入储气柜。干式系统比湿式系统投资约高12~15%;但无需建设污水处理设施,动力消耗低,但必须采取适当措施,防止煤气和空气混合形成爆炸性气体。    转炉煤气是钢铁企业内部中等热值的气体燃料。可以单独作为工业窑炉的燃料使用,也可和焦炉煤气、高炉煤气、发生炉煤气配合成各种不同热值的混合煤气使用。转炉煤气含有大量一氧化碳,毒性很大,在储存、运输、使用过程中必须严防泄漏。
