烟化炉烟化炉fumingfurnace向液态炉渣中鼓入空气和粉煤的混合物，使渣中的某些有价金属以金属、氧化物或硫化物的形态挥发出来的设备。在铅、锌、锡冶炼厂中，凡含有易挥发的有价金属及其化合物的物料，都可用烟化炉处理。其优点是：可利用熔融渣的热量，金属回收率较高，生产率高，操作简便，可用劣质煤和天然气作燃料。烟化炉的炉底、炉身、炉顶和出口烟道，均由冷却水套构成，炉底铺一层耐火砖。烟化炉的燃料消耗较高，设置余热锅炉可回收大部分余热。
