烟化炉烟化炉fumingfurnace向液态炉渣中鼓入空气和粉煤的混合物,使渣中的某些有价金属以金属、氧化物或硫化物的形态挥发出来的设备。在铅、锌、锡冶炼厂中,凡含有易挥发的有价金属及其化合物的物料,都可用烟化炉处理。其优点是:可利用熔融渣的热量,金属回收率较高,生产率高,操作简便,可用劣质煤和天然气作燃料。烟化炉的炉底、炉身、炉顶和出口烟道,均由冷却水套构成,炉底铺一层耐火砖。烟化炉的燃料消耗较高,设置余热锅炉可回收大部分余热。
