不锈钢氧化皮的酸洗[摘要]本文概述了生产中常用的不锈钢氧化皮的酸洗方法,并对新型不锈钢氧化皮去除方法做了介绍。1前言不锈钢具有许多优越的性能,已作为一种特殊的钢材,在生活和生产中得到了广泛的应用。但不锈钢在成型加工过程中,不可避免的要经过不同的热处理过程,如退火、淬火、焊接、锻造等过程,这样不锈钢工件的表面会产生一层黑色的氧化皮,这种氧化皮的存在,不仅影响了不锈钢外观质量,又对不锈钢的后序加工产生影响,故在后序加工前必须将其除去。不锈钢氧化皮为NIO2、Cr2O3、FeO·Cr2O3、FeO·Cr2O·3Fe2O3等致密的尖晶石型氧化物,并与钢料的基体结合得相当牢固,用一般酸洗方法难以去除。并且去除的难易程度,随钢种及制造条件的不同而不同。因此,了解各种不锈钢氧化皮酸洗方法,合理选择生产工艺,具有一定的现实意义。本文将对生产中常用的几种去除氧化皮的酸洗方法进行概述,供生产中参考。2 三酸(硫酸+硝酸+盐酸)酸洗用三酸酸洗是去除不锈钢氧化皮比较有效的一种酸洗方法。三种酸的大体比例是:15%~20%H2SO4、5%~7%HCl、5%~7%HNO3三酸酸洗温度大体要维持在70~800C左右,具体酸洗时间要依钢料氧化皮成分和状况而定。一般为20~50min。三酸酸洗可顺利去除不锈钢氧化皮,但由于酸洗过程中有二氧化氮(NO2)大量析出,恶化劳动条件,污染了环境。另外,酸洗过程易产生过酸洗现象。3 硝酸+氢氟酸酸洗这种酸洗法是不锈钢酸洗的较好方法之一。常用配比如下:氢氟酸(HF)4%~6%、硝酸(HNO3)8%~12%使用温度50~600C酸洗时间要依钢料表面上氧化皮情况而定,一般为20~40min。操作过程一定要勤翻勤看,防止过酸洗。实践表明,这种酸洗法,酸洗速度快,易操作,质量也好,但氢氟酸毒性大,需要良好通风条件及废水处理条件。4 碱煮——酸洗复合法为了克服三酸酰法的弱点,有的厂家去除不锈钢氧化皮采用碱煮——酸洗复合方法,这种复合方法不仅可改善酸洗质量,而且金属消耗也较少。碱煮可以松动氧化皮,尔后便于用酸洗法去除氧化皮。碱煮液的成分,多采用氢氧化钠(NaOH)和硝酸钠(NaNO2)的混合液,配比为NaOH:NaNO2=8:2碱煮温度控制在500~550OC。碱煮的时间同产品的钢种、规格、数量、氧化皮状态等有关,一般为30min~1.5h。碱煮后的钢材应立即浸入水槽中爆去氧化皮,然后再用三酸酸洗法去除氧化皮。碱煮——酸洗过程中的注意事项是:①碱煮的钢料应是干燥的,无水的,以避免热碱液溅伤人。如有条件可对钢料进行烘烤,这样既可达到干燥目的,也可缩短碱煮时间和防止碱液温度下降。
