保护浇注保护浇注shrouded casting  baohu liaozhu保护浇注(连铸)(shrouded easting)对连续铸钢过程中裸露于空气中的钢液采取保护,以避免钢液被空气二次氧化的一种重要的技术措施。钢液被二次氧化的区段包括盛钢捅注流、中间雄钢液面和注流、结晶器钢液面。对上述4个区段全面实施保护浇注,实质上即是在隔绝空气的条件下浇注,故又称无氧化浇注。连铸钢水的二次氧化,是钢中大型夹杂物的重要来源。特别是在连铸不锈钢和铝镇静钢等含有较高的易氧化元素的钢时,如不采取保护浇注措施都将导致严重的二次氧化,致使最终产品出现条痕、发纹、分层及冷轧板卷的开裂等缺陷,同时降低了合金元素,特别是铝的回收率。注流被空气二次氧化的程度,取决于注流下落的高度及下落速度、水口直径和紊流度。 保护浇注分为盛钢桶到中间罐和中间罐到结晶器两个部分。 盛钢桶到中间罐的保护无论何种保护型式(见图1),都有其固有的优缺点,但都有利于改善钢的洁净度,具有防止钢水飞溅、减少辐射热和改善劳动条件.的作用。其中保护管式(长水口)与中间罐浸入式水口类似,由于它操作简便,费用较低,因而受到世界各国的普遍重视,应用甚广。为了克服高速注流产生的负压导致接缝吸气,可向保护管的连接处通入氮气密封(图1c),使注流始终处于低氧含量的保护气氛之中。保护罩式虽然可以获得良好的效果,但要消耗大量的氢气(50~1。。m3/h)。保护管的材质主要有熔融石英和A1203一C质两种。材质的选择可根据浇注钢种和操作条件而定。保护效果主要依据保护气氛中的含氧量评定。一般含氧小于1.。%,其最大目标值为0.2%。其次,良好的保护应使钢中酸溶铝损失减少;含氧降低,并能防止钢液增氮。连铸钦稳定不锈钢时结晶器液面上漂浮的渣壳,主要与浇注过程中随钢液的二次氧化带入的氮气有关。 中间罐到结晶器的保护应用最为广泛的是浸入式水口保护渣浇注(图Za)。对小断面铸坯由于使用浸霸5蘸酱 a bc 刊矫,刊卜刊粉”卿黔黔 d ef 图1盛钢桶钢流深护的各种型式 a、b、c一保护管式,d一保护翠式;亡、了一气体保护式 1一盛钢桶口一滑动水口滑板.3一保护管沮一中间罐覆盖荆; 5一中间罐,6一灼氧孔;7一保护翠入式水口的困难,可使用气体保护(图2b、‘)。
