静止式中频加热电源 供感应加热用的静止式(指没有旋转部件)中频供电设备。感应加热是利用加热线圈的交变电磁场在被加热体中所产生的涡流损耗进行加热的。它广泛应用于铸造熔炼、热处理、钎焊等热加工中。涡电流有趋肤效应,即它几乎集中于加热体表面称之为渗透深度 (δ)的薄层内。渗透深度(δ)可用下式表示:式中ρ为被加热工件电阻率(Ωm);μ为被加热工件的相对磁导率,f为频率(Hz)。 由上式可知,δ与频率f有关,应根据加热体的形状、尺寸、材料、所需温度等选择合适频率。目前静止式中频加热电源所能提供的频率为工频到50kHz,功率从几十kW至几千kW。 静止式中频加热电源包括整流部分(整流器)、滤波器、逆变部分(逆变器)及控制电路4部分(见图)。加热线圈的功率因数一般低于5%。电热电容C的接入是为了补偿功率因数,并使其组成LC谐振电路。 逆变器的工作频率应自动跟踪与工件温度有关的LC电路谐振频率,故决定此频率的信号应来自LC谐振电路本身。为建立逆变器首对触发信号,必需具备起动电路。逆变器除采用如图所示的电流型并联逆变器外,尚有串联逆变器、适用于频率较低的直接型并联逆变器,以及适用较高频率的倍频式逆变器、时间分割式串联逆变器等。 中频供电设备除静止式中频加热电源外,尚有旋转的电动机-中频发电机组。电动机由交流市电供电,由它驱动中频发电机而得到中频电源。两者相比,静止式中频加热电源有以下优点:便于实现自动控制;效率高、体积小、重量轻;安装时不须土建基础;节约铜材、钢材。缺点是对工频电网有谐波干扰;耐受过电流和过电压的能力较低。旋转电动机-中频发电机组已逐渐被淘汰。
