连铸连轧连铸连轧continuous casting and continuous rolling 连铸连轧(eontinuous eastingand eontinu-ou‘rolling)通过连铸机将钢水铸成钢坯,不经加热或只需少许补热,直接送轧机轧制成材的生产工艺。具有明显的节能和降低生产成本的效果。 效益连铸连轧工艺的节能降耗效果主要体现在减少了加热次数,提高钢的成材率及节省原材料、动力消耗等方面。卖谈举洋 连铸连轧新工艺与传统工艺相比,生产工艺过程大为减化:省去炼钢模铸工序,无中注管钢、汤道钢等废料生成,节省钢水及钢锭模、底板的消耗,提高钢的成材率;省去初轧工序,可节省钢锭均热和轧制能耗,同时彻底避免了在均热过程中钢锭的烧损及钢锭轧制成坯过程中必然出现的切头切尾损耗,提高成材率约10%;轧钢过程中,全部节省或部分节省钢坯的加热能耗,并降低了钢坯的烧损,从而也提高了钢的成材率。利用连铸连轧工艺加工每吨钢,可节约加热能耗80吨。。,提高钢的成材率约12一15%;吨钢综合节能200kgc。左右。 一连铸连轧与连铸一开坯一轧钢工艺相比,省去冷钢坯的加热,节省开坯热轧的加热和轧制能源消耗,相应减少加热过程钢坯的烧损,吨钢综合节能约100kg品 实施条件连铸连轧是一项节能新工艺,实施过程中必需解决以下几个方面的工艺技术和生产管理问题。 ①生产无缺陷连铸坯是实现连铸连轧的先决条件。为此开展了一系列工作:为了给炼钢转炉提供优质炉料,研究开发了炉外铁水脱除碳、硫、磷等元素和杂质的技术;采用转炉顶底复合吹炼方法生产温度适当,氢、氧等气体和杂质含量低的钢水;对钢水精炼、连铸结晶器、保护渣、电磁搅拌以及冷却工艺等进行研究,解决了钢水质量不均匀、铸坯表面结疤等问题,达到生产优质连铸钢坯的目的。 ②合格连铸坯的温度高,能满足轧制要求,这是实现连轧的必要条件。在传统的连铸工艺中,要向刚拉出的红铸坯喷洒大量的冷却水,对铸坯实行高强度的强制冷却,确保完全凝固,以防定长切割时铸坯出现漏钢事故。在实现连铸连轧生产过程中,为了更多地保存连铸坯的热量,采用了最佳冷却方法—气水喷雾二次冷却技术,实现未凝固加热,即在连铸坯拉制过程中,改全程强制冷却为在某一特定时刻停止强制冷却,使铸坯内尚有部分未凝固钢水,利用这部分钢水自然凝固时放出的热量加热连铸坯自身(主要是表面),使其整体温度均匀并达到轧制要求。 ③采用上述一系列措施后,连铸机送出的铸坯表面温度在1 000℃以上,为了防止铸坯输送过程散热,要采用辊道保温技术。目前使用较好的是辊道保温罩。
