热挤压热挤压hot extrusion re」,yo热挤压(hot extrusion)将锭坯加热到再结晶温度以上的某一适当的温度进行的挤压。热挤压时,金属进行充分的再结晶,消除内应力,不产生加工硬化;金属或合金的塑性好,可以采用大变形量;金属哟变形杭力降低,所需的挤压机吨位可以减小。但由于加热温度高,锭坯易产生氧化、脱碳和热膨胀,因而制品一般都需要经过大量的切削加工,才能作为最终成品。热挤压时,挤压筒必须事先进行充分预热,预热温度稍低于锭坯的加热温度。热挤压广泛用于生产铝、铜等有色金属及钢的管、棒、线和型材,也适用于变形抗力大、加工困难的合金。
