硅倍半氧烷分子式:CAS号:性质:通式为(RSiO1.5)n,为多环状、直链状和梯型结构的混合体。用RSiX3(R为烃基、X为Cl或OR)为原料水解缩聚生成完全缩聚型和不完全缩聚型。这类化合物因高度交联有较高耐热性。早期出现的苯基-T(phenyl-T)是用苯基三氯硅烷作原料水解缩聚而成,可制得耐热的薄膜。不完全缩聚的倍半物上剩余羟基可以接上各种基团或与其分化合物反应生成多面体低聚硅倍半氧烷的各种聚合物,都有较高的熔化温度和分解温度,可制取有用的耐热耐磨涂料、介电材料、耐烧蚀材料、陶瓷纤维和碳化硅的前驱体等。
