正十二醇分子式:CH3(CH2)10CH2OH CAS号:性质:又称月桂醇,十二醇,正十二(烷)醇。存在于白柠檬油、松针油、大吊克吕花油等精油中。无色液体(室温),或低于20℃呈固体,具有弱而持久的油脂气息。凝固点26℃,沸点255~259℃或150℃(2.0kPa),相对密度0.830~0.836,折射率1.4420~1.4470。闪点(闭杯)>100℃。不溶于水,溶于乙醚和乙醇,具有天然脂肪醇的化学通性。酸性≤1。主要成分含量≥97%,可由椰子油制得月桂酸乙酯,再加氢还原制得。可用齐格勒法,乙烯在三乙基铝存在下齐聚,再经氧化、水解制得;酯脂加氢法,椰子油与甲醇在硫酸存在下发生酯交换反应,生成的月桂酸甲酯经催化加氢、蒸馏得产品。一般以C12~13、C12~14混合醇产品出现是重要表面活性剂原料,也是制备众多有机化学品如酯类或胺类等的原料。可用于玫瑰型、紫罗兰型和百合花型香精配方中。还用于制备脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,作为洗涤剂原料。氧化或脱氢可制得正十二醛。
