为再结合熔融石英制品、熔融石英陶瓷制品分子式:CAS号:性质:又称为再结合熔融石英制品、熔融石英陶瓷制品或石英玻璃烧结制品。具有良好的化学稳定性。抗酸性和抗冲刷性强。高温机械强度大。热膨胀系数低。气孔率低。导电率低。但在1100℃以上长期使用时,制品中的石英会向方石英转变,使制品产生裂纹和剥落。以熔融石英为原料,经粉碎、成型、干燥、烧成而制得。制法有泥浆浇注法、蜡注法、捣打法、半干压法和等静压成型等。由于在烧成时收缩小,可以制得尺寸精确的制品。可用于制作耐酸容器、反应罐内衬耐酸部件等。冶金工业中用其制成浸入式水口,使用效果很好。
