缺陷分子式:CAS号:性质:晶体中存在的各种各样的缺陷。通常将缺陷分为点缺陷、线缺陷、面缺陷和体缺陷。在考察材料的机械性能时,线缺陷、面缺陷和体缺陷是非常重要的。点缺陷对材料的功能性质具有关键性的影响,因而是固体化学和物理所最关心的一类缺陷。晶体中的点缺陷主要有:空位缺陷、间隙缺陷、杂质缺陷等。M格位上的空位缺陷常用VM表示,其中V表示空位,是英文vacancy的简称;处在间隙位置上的M原子所形成的间隙缺陷常用Mi表示,其中M是元素符号,i表示原子处于间隙格位,是英文interstitial的简称;处在M格位上的取代原子R形成的杂质缺陷是MR表示。晶体中的点缺陷常带有电荷,点缺陷的有效电荷等于缺陷位置的实际电荷减去理想晶体相应格位上的电荷,有效电荷用缺陷符号右上角的·,′和×分别表示带有正、负电荷和不带有效电荷。例如氯化银晶体中的间隙离子带一个正电荷,在完美晶体中间隙格位的电荷为零,银离子间隙缺陷的有效电荷是+1,用右上角的一个·表示,这种缺陷表示成Agi·。又如氯化钠中的氯离子空位上的电荷为零,而正常格位上的氯离子的电荷为-1,因而氯离子空位缺陷的有效电荷是+1,表示成VCl·。
