抗静电剂分子式：CAS号：性质：又称静电防止剂。添加到聚合物配方中或涂敷于制品表面，以降低表面电阻或体积电阻、消除静电积累为目的的助剂类别。除炭黑、金属粉末等导电性物质作为导电剂，具有降低或消除静电功能外，抗静电剂多系表面活性剂。其机理是制品表面形成的抗静电剂分子层有吸湿作用，由此得到的电解质薄层溶液能消除静电荷，从而达到抗静电目的。根据化学组成，一般包括阳离子型、阴离子型、两性型和非离子型四类；按使用方法，又分为添加型和涂敷型两类。添加型配合到树脂内，抗静电效果相对持久。涂敷型则以刷涂、喷涂或浸渍的方式处理制品，适用面广，但效能短暂。最近发展的高分子量抗静电剂以合金化方式共混到聚合物中有“永久”型抗静电剂之称。
