往复式压缩机分子式:CAS号:性质:又称活塞式压缩机。由活塞在气缸内作往复运动而将气体吸入、压缩和排出的压缩机。可分活塞式压缩机和隔膜式压缩机两种。主要由运动部件、气缸、活塞和阀门等构成。在运转时,活塞不断往复运动,引起气缸内的容积发生增大和减少的周期变化,依靠气阀的作用,容积每变化一个周期,即完成一次将气体吸入气缸,经过压缩然后排出的过程。根据气体受压缩的级数不同,可分为单级和多级压缩机。根据驱动方式,可分为电力驱动和蒸汽驱动压缩机。根据排气量,可分为微型(≥1m3/min)、小型(1~l0m3/min)、中型(10~l00m3/min)和大型(>l00m3/min)压缩机。根据所排出的压力可分为低压(0.98MPa以下)、中压(0.98~9.8MPa)、高压(9.8~98MPa)和超高压(98MPa以上)压缩机。根据被压缩气体的组成,可分为空气、氢气、氮气、氮氢混合气、氨气、乙烯等压缩机。广泛应用于各工业部门。往复式压缩机用汽缸和活塞来压缩气体,常用的流量控制方法有:气缸余隙控制;吸入管线上的阀门(或顶开阀)的控制;压缩机外部旁路管气流控制。另外,对压缩机安全运行的控制还设置油压、冷却水压、轴瓦温度、吸入口压力极限值等相关参数的信号联锁保护系统,以确保压缩机正常工作。
