纳米碳管分子式:CAS号:性质:由碳原子有序排列卷曲而成的纳米尺寸、中空管状结构的准一维碳材料。由单个碳原子层卷曲而成的叫单壁纳米碳管;由多个碳原子层卷曲而成的叫多壁纳米碳管。纳米碳管的特殊结构和较大的长度直径比使其具有特殊性能。其质量是同体积钢的六分之一,强度约是钢的100倍,并具有很强的导热性和导电性、优良的场发射性能,根据其结构特性,可呈现金属性质或半导体性质。纳米碳管将广泛用于制造超微导线、开关以及纳米级电子线路。也可作为某些材料的添加剂,提高材料的某种特殊性能。
