真空烧结分子式:CAS号:性质:瓷坯在真空条件下烧结的方法。氧化物陶瓷坯体的气孔中含有的水蒸气、氢、氧等气体在烧结过程中借溶解、扩散沿着坯体晶界或通过晶粒可从气孔中逸出,但其中的一氧化碳、二氧化碳,特别是氮,由于溶解度较低,不易从气孔中逸出,致使制品内含有气孔,致密度下降。如将坯体在真空条件下烧结,则所有气体在坯体尚未完全烧结前就会从气孔中逸出,使制品不含气孔,从而提高制品的致密度。
