1.Methods:A murine haploidentical BMT model was established,CDR3-size spectratyping was used to study TCRBV repertoires in recipent liver,skin,colon and kidney.方法:建立单倍型异基因移植小鼠GVHD模型,进行移植前后GVHD靶器官的病理分析,同时应用RT-PCR扩增小鼠肝脏、皮肤、结肠、肾脏等组织移植前、后T细胞受体β链可变区(TCRBV)20个家族的基因序列,通过基因扫描判断TCRBV家族的克隆表达和CDR3克隆的性质。
