丙型肝炎病毒分子式:CAS号:性质:HCV 过去叫作非甲非乙型肝炎(non A non B hepetitis,NANBH),1988年正式命名丙型肝炎(HCV)。HCV颗粒直径约30~60nm,内含有10kb的正链RNA分子。基因结构以及多聚大蛋白的结构与黄病毒(flaviviruses)和瘟病毒(pestiviruses)有一定的相似。其RNA分子具有单一的开放阅读框架,编码约3000个氨基酸长的前体多聚大蛋白,后经蛋白加工、修饰后成为有不同功能的结构蛋白和非结构蛋白。HCV的核苷酸变异很大。目前认为至少有四种亚型。HCV很易转为慢性肝炎及肝硬化,与肝癌的发生有一定的关系。
