成纤维细胞生长因子分子式:CAS号:性质:含多个氨基酸的蛋白质。现已发现有9种FGF,但主要为aFGF(酸性成纤维细胞生长因子)及bFGF(碱性成纤维细胞生长因子,含146个氨基酸)。全身许多组织都能不同程度地产生它。它能触发一系列中胚层及神经外胚层来源细胞的增生与分化。FGF具有多种重要的生物学功能,但最重要和最集中的功能是影响细胞的生长分化以及对某些癌基因的活化。(1)对细胞增生影响:可促进细胞增殖,加快细胞倍增,尤其能缩短细胞周期Gi期的时间。(2)对细胞分化的影响:能稳定培养细胞的表现型,延缓老化、延长培养细胞的寿命。(3)调控肿瘤基因的作用:研究表明,FGF与和细胞分化密切相关的c-fos及c-myc有紧密关系。此外,还能促进伤口愈合,促进血管形成。同样对肿瘤组织的血管形成也有促进作用。
