粗面内质网分子式:CAS号:性质:是在膜表面附着有核糖体的内质网。哺乳动物的细胞除红细胞外,几乎都有RER,细胞内RER的形状和数量主要与细胞的功能状态有关,参与细胞内各种膜蛋白、分泌型蛋白质、溶酶体蛋白质(酶)、某些结构蛋白质以及膜脂的合成和运输。RER通过其特有膜蛋白—核糖体亲和蛋白(ribophorin)I和Ⅱ将核糖体结合到内质网膜上,这两种膜蛋白还起支架的作用,支持多个核糖体结合到同一条mRNA上而形成的聚核糖体,是核糖体的受体蛋白。
