六羟黄酮分子式:CAS号:性质:又祢株草亭或6-羟基栎精。学名3,5,6,7,3′,4′-六羟基黄酮(3,5,6,7,3′, 4′-hexahydroxyflavone)二水合物为苍黄色针状晶体或叶状晶体。熔点318~320℃。在紫外线波段于259、361nm(lgε4.23,4.34)有最大吸收。溶于热乙醇和稀碱,微溶于沸水。被空气氧化变为橄榄绿色。在乙醇中与醋酸铅作用生成橙红色沉淀。与氢氧化钾融熔得原儿茶酸。能与无机酸形成氧馈(铧)盐。存在于万寿菊属(Tagetes)、艾属(Artemisia)、蓍属(Achillea)、泽兰属(Eupatorium)等植物的花中。其衍生物之一,六乙酸酯化物(C27H22O14),在乙醇和乙酸的混合溶剂中析出者为针状结晶,熔点209~211℃,微溶于乙醇。另一个重要衍生物是从非洲万寿菊(African marigold),即Tazetes erecta L.,和一种菊花(Chrysanthemum coronariumL.)中提取,它是在六羟黄酮七位碳上连接一葡萄糖基,故称六羟黄酮葡苷(quercetagitrin),分子式:C21H20O13,于236~238℃分解,在乙醇中最大吸收光波在260、272、362nm处。本品及其主要衍生物都用作生化试剂。
