木瓜【通用名称】木瓜【其他名称】木瓜 木瓜 拼音名:Mugua 英文名:FRUCTUS CHAENOMELIS 书页号:2000年版一部-45 本品为蔷薇科植物贴梗海棠Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai 的干燥近成 熟果实。夏、秋二季果实绿黄时采收,置沸水中烫至外皮灰白色,对半纵剖,晒干。 【性状】 本品长圆形,多纵剖成两半,长 4~9cm ,宽 2~5cm ,厚 1~2.5cm。 外表面紫红色或红棕色,有不规则的深皱纹;剖面边缘向内卷曲,果肉红棕色,中心部 分凹陷,棕黄色;种子扁长三角形,多脱落。质坚硬。气微清香,味酸。 【鉴别】 取本品粉末1g,加70%乙醇10ml,加热回流 1小时,滤过,滤液照下述 方法试验。 (1) 取滤液 1ml,蒸干,残渣加醋酐 1ml使溶解,倾入试管中,沿管壁加硫酸 1~ 2 滴,两液接界处显紫红色环;上层液显棕黄色。 (2) 取滤液滴于滤纸上,待干,喷洒三氯化铝试液,干燥后,置紫外光灯 (365nm) 下观察,显蓝色荧光。 【检查】 酸度 取本品粉末5g,加水50ml,振摇,放置 1小时,滤过,滤液依法 (附录Ⅶ G)测定,pH值应为3~4。 【炮制】 洗净,润透或蒸透后切薄片,晒干。 【性味与归经】 酸,温。归肝、脾经。 【功能与主治】 平肝舒筋,和胃化湿。用于湿痹拘挛,腰膝关节酸重疼痛,吐泻 转筋,脚气水肿。 【用法与用量】 6 ~9g。 【贮藏】 置阴凉干燥处,防潮,防蛀。
