高聚物裂解气相色谱  将聚合物置于一种裂解器中,在严格控制的条件下加热,使之迅速裂解成可挥发的小分子碎片,并直接导入气相色谱系统进行分离和鉴定,从所得裂片的色谱图的特征来推断聚合物的组成、结构和热分解行为(见气相色谱法)。裂解气相色谱的实验装置见图1。      裂解器的加热方法有电热(电热丝和管式炉)、高频感应(居里点)和激光束等。运用高效毛细色谱柱和色谱-质谱联用者,称为高分辨裂解气相色谱。    裂解气相色谱法已应用于聚合物的分析鉴定和链结构表征、热分解、热稳定性研究等。由于它具有微量(样品量在毫克以下)、快速、灵敏和高分离效率等特点,对于鉴别组成相似或同类聚合物之细微结构差别,以及试样中的少量结构组分(如共聚物组成和序列分布、立体结构、支化)都很有效。裂解气相色谱能直接分析各种状态的试样而无需分离、纯化,因此尤其适用于交联聚合物和复合材料。如将裂解方式和环境加以适当改变,还可用来研究聚合物热过程的各种化学变化(如热老化、加工过程的模拟等)。图2以酚醛树脂为例表明裂解谱图与聚合物结构的对应关系。    利用谱图形状来鉴别高分子,称指纹法,但由于聚合物裂解反应的复杂性和裂解条件尚难精确控制,迄今未能建立标准谱图。
