花木扦插促生根的方法扦插是目前花木繁殖时最常用的方法,为了提高成活率,现将一些经济简便的促生根方法介绍如下:1、取枝宜早。剪取枝条以早上为好。早上的花木枝条含水量充足,扦插后伤口易愈合,易生根,成活率高。2、选花后枝扦插。花后枝内养分含量较高,而且粗壮饱满,扦插成活后发根快,易成活。3、带踵扦插。从新枝与老枝相接处下部2—3厘米处下剪,这类枝条即为带踵插条。带踵枝条节间养分多,组织紧密,发根容易,成活率高,幼苗长势强。适用于桂花、山茶、无花果等。4、机械处理。一是剥皮:对较难发根的品种,插前先将表皮木栓层剥去,加强插穗吸水能力,可促进发根;二是纵刻伤:用刀刻2—3厘米长的伤口至韧皮部,可在纵伤沟中形成排列整齐的不定根;三是环剥:剪穗前15—20天,将准备用做插穗的枝条基部剥一圈皮层,宽5—7毫米,以利插穗发出不定根。5、增加插床底温。早春扦插常因土温不足而造成生根困难,人为提高插条下端生根部位的温度,同时喷水通风降低上端芽所处环境温度,可促进生根。苗床下端可利用铺地膜、电热温床或厩肥发酵生热来增加温度。6、药剂或激素处理。(1)将插条基部在0.1%—0.5%的高锰酸钾溶液中浸泡10—12小时,取出后立即扦插。(2)用白糖水溶液处理插条,浓度为5%—10%。将括条基部浸24小时后取出,用清水冲洗干净后扦插。(3)用维生素B12的针剂加1倍清水稀释,将插条浸5分钟后取出,稍稍晾干后扦插;(4)有些插穗容易流胶,应在采后立即放入水中,再用激素处理。常用的激素有萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、ABT生根粉等。处理前将插条基部纵刻伤,效果更好。硬枝一般采用5——10ppm稀释液;插穗基部浸渍12—24小时;嫩枝一般采用lO—25ppm溶液,浸12—24小时。另外,将生长素配成2000—4000ppm高浓度溶液进行5秒钟速蘸,生根效果也很好。(来源:中国花卉报2002-10-10)
