2.The proteins extracted from different stages embryo of temperature sensitive silkworm breed K05, incubated under different temperature and humidity, were researched by two-dimensional polyacryamide gel electrophoresis (2D-PAGE) and image analysis system.采用蛋白质双向电泳和图像分析技术,对温敏性家蚕品种K05在不同温湿度催青条件下不同发育阶段胚胎的蛋白质变化进行研究,发现蛋白斑点1、7、8、10、13、15、17、18、19、20和25的缺失、蛋白斑点11、12、16、21、22、23和24含量的降低与高温干燥条件下催青时胚胎的不孵化有关;而蛋白斑点2、3、5、6和9的特异表达,以及蛋白斑点4和14含量的增加,与高温多湿催青条件下胚胎正常发育孵化有关。
